**About the Role**

The primary purpose of this role is to support the administration requirements of the Totally Workwear Franchise Office (TFO) business units - Supply Chain, Operations, Network Development & General Group Level Administration. The roles secondary responsibilities are to provide support functions to the Franchise Systems Operations and Network Development portfolios.

A critical part of this role is strong stakeholder engagement and management:

- Internally this includes, TFO management and team, WWG shared services and more broadly WWG leadership and associated teams.
- Externally this includes TW Franchisees and their representative body TWM, TW Preferred Suppliers, various support agencies, industry associations and advisors.

**What you’ll be doing**

Compile all group level presentations, utilising the marketing team and external agencies for support as required
- Support and communicate on behalf of the Group Manager as required
- File and folder structures / maintenance - TFO internal and TW intranet
- Meeting management including:

- Purpose / Objectives and supporting agenda and flow
- Outcomes and or minutes, plus associated recordings
- Compile monthly reporting including but not limited to supplier purchasing, LTI & LAM tracking, rebate maintenance, store sales and associated metrics
- Support with the management of the Customer Service
- Provide primary administration support for the Operations, Suppliers and Financials franchise functions

Supporting our Suppliers:

- In an administration capacity and with the coordination of associated meetings/events
- Provide documentation support with a focus on driving process improvement across:

- Supplier Agreements and associated inputs and related outbound communication
- Price notifications or terms adjustments inbound and associated action points
- Survey requirements and associated performance metrics
- Support with competitor online product price benchmarking
- Monthly and annual reporting requirements

Operations and Network Development:

- Support in an administration capacity and with the coordination of associated meetings/events
- Assistance with maintenance of tools and templates
- Provide Operations support with a focus on driving process improvement
- Provide Network Development support
- Territory management - assist with market data, benchmarking and overall system value proposition

Project Support:

- Support across key TW strategic projects via engagement and input as a member of the project team(s), with a focus on the Operations, Supply Chain and Franchise functions.
- Support with development and implementation of key communication, workflow and project management tools

**What we’re looking for**

A great opportunity for someone with 1-2yrs full time working in an office / team related or retail support function. However, we will also consider those at graduate level or new to the workforce who can give evidence of some key skills including:
