This Government Agency is looking for an Administration Coordinator to assist the project team in organising and facilitating on-line training sessions for their clients.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of online training
- Report on, and provide insights into, service usage, client feedback and new client needs
- Coordinate event promotion and respond to client queries relating to the learning program
- Provide Ad-hoc administration support to deliver training

**You will have**:

- 3-4 years experience working as an Administration Coordinator
- Prior experience organising training sessions or event management would be advantageous
- Proactive and can-do attitude
- Tach savvy and is willing to under take ad-hoc tasks to deliver training
- Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills
