**About the Opportunity**
In this role you will be responsible for leading the Marketplace business, platform and growth strategy within the eCommerce Tribe. This role plays a key part in leading the end to end P&L performance of the Marketplace offer with key partnerships across Marketing, Customer Connections, endeavour X and Merchandise.
This ecommerce role will operate at a strategic level whilst ensuring operational excellence;
- Ensuring Merch, Marketing & eCommerce teams are aligned on P&L strategy and implementation of profit driving initiatives
- Lead a team to strive for individual and business excellence supporting growth & development opportunities
- Create connected and engaging experiences across channels focusing on stakeholder engagement with a focus on win win outcomes
- Inspire and delight customers with Australia’s largest liquor range and best-in-class shopping experience
- Leading new initiatives for Marketplace enhancements, bug fixes and backlog prioritisation
- Partner with the Assistant Category Manager - eMerch Promotions and the eCommerce Managers across the eCommerce team on strategic planning for onsite trading and forecasting
- A focused approach to ensure the delivery of a high level of supplier and customer support
- Create, follow and execute on detailed business plans to acquire new business opportunities delivering on growth and sales targets
**A day in the life of an **eCommerce Manager - Marketplace at endeavourX**
- You will be responsible for contributing to the vision, strategy and OKRs for ecommerce, products and services, focusing on delivering business and customers outcomes
- Drive the vision, strategy and OKRs for the ecommerce and product organisation in partnership with the other managers, senior managers, group manager and Tribe Leads
- Engage and cultivate relationships with partners across the company to align on shared objectives and manage risks or trade-offs
- Responsible for stakeholder engagement by the ecommerce team throughout the product development lifecycle, and engage senior managers and executives as required
- Conduct user research, competitor research and data analysis to deeply understand the market and our customers
- Ensure prioritisation aligns with business expectations
- Manage and promote the most efficient use of resources to deliver the right product at the right time for customers and business targets
- Be the brand and customer advocate
- Consult on new business initiatives partnering with business and technology leads
- Lead engagement with stakeholders outside of the Squad and/or Tribe and align communications on trade plan & roadmaps
- Conduct competitor analysis including identifying opportunities to meet organisational strategic pillars including benchmarking; market analysis; and competitive analysis
- Oversight of supplier pick & pack targets and a shared ownership of DIFOT metrics with the Endeavour Delivery team
**What you’ll need to succeed**
- 5+ years experience working in a digital or retail business
- Customer first mindset
- Independent thinking, and not being afraid to suggest new ideas
- Experience working in an agile organisation or with cross functional teams
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Innovative thinking and demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Driven by delivery, delivering on time and to high standards
- Data driven but able to make judgement calls when necessary
- Comfortable with managing multiple tasks at once
