A really exciting opportunity to join one of the most recognised brands in Australia, as their newest Head of eCommerce, leading strategic digital growth & the execution of a range of innovative eCommerce projects, across global platforms.

**The Role**:
Take end to end ownership of eCommerce activity, strategy development and online growth, for this adored Australian brand, reporting straight to the C-Suite, as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
You will be entirely focused on continuing to lead Digital innovation, drive eCommerce performance & manage a large team of Digital experts. You will mentor and coach, to elevate success & the digital presence and keep the brand fresh, forward-thinking and up to date with trends.

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- An extensive eCommerce trading & leadership background, managing high-profile platforms and increasing sales and performance
- Demonstrated abilities to elevate success, drive growth and continually exceed online targets, both locally & internationally
- Strong experience with full P&L management for eCommerce
- A solid people management background, leading wide Digital teams and reporting to C-Suite
- Demonstrated experience with leading teams in an agile environment
- A highly analytical and data-driven approach
- Technical knowledge of the SFCC platform would be highly regarded
- An extensive, strategic background, formulating effective initiatives across Performance, Digital, Trading & CRO
- You will be a real leader in industry knowledge, updates & trends, and have the ability to drive a brand to be one step ahead of the market.
