**The Role**:
As part of the Senior Leadership team, this role will be taking end to end ownership of Trading & eCommerce activity, strategy development and online growth for this total market leader.
You will be responsible for developing out the roadmap for trading, driving leading the full CRO strategy, UX/UI activity, merchandising initiatives and continuing to drive innovation and forward-thinking.

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- An extensive eCommerce trading & leadership background, managing high-profile platforms and increasing sales and performance
- Demonstrated abilities to elevate success, drive growth and continually exceed online targets, both locally & internationally
- A background within Fashion & Apparel would be highly advantageous
- Strong experience with full P&L management for eCommerce
- The ability to drive innovation, eCommerce performance and keep ahead of industry trends.
- A solid people management background, leading wide Digital teams, coaching and mentoring for success
- A highly analytical and data-driven approach
- An extensive, strategic background, formulating effective initiatives across Performance, Digital, Trading & CRO
- You will be a real leader in industry knowledge, updates & trends, and have the ability to drive a brand to be one step ahead of the market.
