**About the role**

The maintenance planner is responsible for planning all scheduled maintenance and repairs in line with current works and maximising operating profit through using planned maintenance where it is more effective than alternatives.
- Preparation, planning and implementation of maintenance schedules
- Developing long term maintenance plans on an 18, 6 and 3-month plan.
- Providing communication channels, interface and coordination between projects team and operations
- Liaise to address any proposed modifications to project scope, schedule or budget and influence to minimise changes.
- Identify changes in scope of work, ensure planning measures are taken with internal and external processes/clients to reassess renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities
- Provide Support to Maintenance department to ensure procurement is streamlined and minimise delays
- Set-up weekly plans with consultation with maintenance production supervisors
- Construct Gantt charts for shutdown works and assist in executing plans
- Chair various maintenance meetings for weekly planning and shutdowns

**What you’ll bring**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with work management systems (SAP, ABB, IBM ect)
- Experience in planning, scheduling and budgeting activities to establish maintenance development plans with strong analytical skills
- Tertiary Qualifications
- A proactive approach and willingness to work autonomously.
- Sound knowledge of maintenance planning in Civil infrastructure (Highly desirable)
