**About the role**:
As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the oversight and production of optimised integrated works planning and scheduling that meets business priorities, drives network performance, ensures we are meeting safe drinking water requirements, and delivers a great customer experience.
You will be the driving force behind the optimisation of all planned activities for the Mech and Elec teams by ensuring work is planned and scheduled to ensure safe, efficient and effective delivery for work. Your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to the below:
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of Work Planners and Work Schedulers to ensure delivery of quality mechanical and electrical maintenance across our water and sewage network and treatment plants.
- Oversee the coordination of long, medium and short term works planning and scheduling for preventive and corrective maintenance, and capital projects works.
- Work with others to ensure the annual maintenance program is delivered to meet business priorities and incorporates works packaging and outage coordination, to minimise network outages and deliver a quality customer experience.

- Strong leadership and experience in planning and scheduling of maintenance works.

- Stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities to deliver agreed outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in computerised maintenance management systems and BI tools.
- Strong safety-first approach.
