About the Role

We are seeking a detail-focused Maintenance Estimator & Planner to coordinate the short-term planning and cost forecasting for our Rebuilds Program. Based on the Sunshine Coast, you'll work with site teams, rebuild centres, OEM partners, and contractors to ensure machine rebuilds are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with operational goals.

This role combines estimating, scheduling, and logistics management — perfect for someone who enjoys working with data and turning plans into smooth, efficient execution.

Stand-Out Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate 0–3 month maintenance schedules for Mackellar rebuild centres and OEM partners
  • Prepare accurate budget estimates, BOMs, and Gantt charts for rebuild activities
  • Analyse actual vs estimated rebuild costs and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage transport and logistics of machines and components to/from sites
  • Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure resource availability
  • Maintain rebuild database, labour planning, and lifecycle cost records

About You

  • Cert IV in Building & Construction (Estimating), Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or Maintenance Fitter/Supervisor background
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft tools
  • Experience with cost estimation, planning, and scheduling
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage timelines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
