**THE ROLE**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Implementing, ongoing maintenance and development of MEX software system for national operations
- including maintenance recording, scheduling, machinery notes, work orders, follow up of necessary parts and consumables.
- Administer the approved planning, scheduling and final completion of maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate follow up, scheduling and completion checking, of work carried out by external contractors.
- Monitor, follow up and report on domestic and international parts orders.
- Work in conjunction with the Engineering Manager to ensure all maintenance requirements and compliance standards for relevant Quality standards are met at all times.

**WHAT WE'RE SEEKING**:

- Previous verifiable experience in **manufacturing, engineering, production maintenance/planning/scheduling **work environments is a key requirement.
- Previous experience with the **MEX software package** - a must.
- Relevant **trade qualification** and a **genuine interest in Manufacturing** will be highly regarded.
- Outstanding **written and verbal communication skills, **with demonstrated experience in building open, positive **stakeholder relationships.**:

- Developed **analytical and reporting skills, **with an emphasis on precision, accuracy and concision.
- A working knowledge of the MS Suite of programs is required (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Current driver’s licence and own reliable transport - a must.
- Must be punctual, reliable and willing to develop their company knowledge as the role beds in over time.
