About You: You're a planner with a capital P.

You love smooth-running systems, making life flow effortlessly by thinking through the details, and know a good travel hack or two.

What You'll Do: Support a founder (and her family) navigate frequent travel between Australia and the US:

  • Travel Planning - Master complex international logistics, find the best routes, and coordinate family travel (bonus points if you've spent time in the US)
  • Inbox & Calendar Management - Keep communications flowing and schedules optimised across multiple time zones
  • Cross-Timezone Coordination - Plan meetings, calls, and logistics seamlessly between Australia, US (in two time zones), and beyond
  • Family Support - Handle errands, appointments, and daily tasks that keep our household running
  • House Management - Coordinate maintenance, deliveries, and home organisation
  • Document Organisation - Maintain secure Google Drive systems and password-protected documents
  • General Life Management - Be the behind-the-scenes hero who anticipates needs and solves problems before they arise

Who You Are:

  • Systems thinker who loves creating order and flow (you've used Asana or similar)
  • Comfortable working flexibly across different time zones
  • Warm, proactive communicator
  • Comfortable with international travel coordination
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and digital organisation
  • Naturally discreet and trustworthy
  • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Bonus points if you're familiar with the US
