proactive Inventory Planner
to join our growing supply chain team on the
Sunshine Coast
.

In this hands-on role, you'll take ownership of day-to-day inventory management, ensuring the right parts and materials are available to keep our operations running smoothly. You'll play a key part in optimising stock levels, refining planning processes, and supporting continuous improvement across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise inventory parameters (reorder points, safety stock, lead times).
• Analyse demand and supply trends to ensure product availability.
• Monitor and action low-stock and overdue order reports.
• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely, accurate replenishment.
• Prepare reports and insights using Excel and system data exports.
• Support system setup and process improvements as the business continues to grow.

What You'll Bring

• Strong
  Excel and analytical skills
  (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation, reporting).
• High attention to detail and a structured, problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in
  inventory, planning, or supply chain
  (any industry considered).
• A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn.
