We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated client service officer to provide high quality operational support to our service and sales team.

Responsibilities include:

- Quote reports
- Assisting the Client Service Managers with key accounts;
- Sales and service administration support
- Liaising with underwriters and clients;
- Attending client visits with Client Service Managers;
- Updating prospects on our in house data base;
- Converting prospects to policies;
- Correspondence;
- Office management including events, functions petty cash and stationery ordering for the office;
- General administrative tasks
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail and able to prioritise and meet deadlines;
- Professional presentation
