What You'll Do:
- Be the go-to person for implementing client strategies and providing exceptional service to our clients.
- Manage XPLAN and FIN365 data, process financial documents, and liaise with Advisers to ensure seamless delivery of our wealth management services.
- Handle general administrative tasks, ensuring all client communications and workflows are timely, accurate, and organised.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring that we deliver the best possible experience.
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the team to ensure every client interaction is seamless, and that we maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Who You Are:
- You're passionate about client service and have experience in the financial services industry.
- Your organisational skills are top notch, and you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in providing an amazing customer experience.
- You're tech-savvy, with strong skills in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and experience using XPLAN. FIN365 and Co-Pilot experience would be beneficial
- You're proactive, love learning, and enjoy working as part of a team.
- You have a great phone manner.
- Two to five years of experience in financial services, private wealth, or advisory support
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- 2-5 years of experience in financial services, private wealth, or advisory support roles with demonstrated client service responsibilities
