Our client, a successful boutique Accounting Practice, is seeking an experienced Administrator to ensure the office is run in an effective manner and provide assistance to clients and staff.
**Duties will include**:
- Attending to incoming telephone calls
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Liaising with bookkeepers and Accountants
- Preparation of documents to send to clients
- ATO and ASIC lodgements
- Client database management
- Debtor management
- General office administration
- Ensuring the Practice is presented in a tidy and professional manner
**Essential Criteria**:
- 3 + years' experience in a similar role
- Accounting Practice experience
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Intermediate computer skills - Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Immaculate presentation
- Possess strong problem solving and time management skills
