At CVCheck, we continue to develop the most technologically advanced information-screening platform available to help individuals and businesses source and share verified information relevant to employment, licensing and more. We offer checks globally and are the main screening provider for tens of thousands of businesses and government organisations.
**About The Role**
CVCheck are currently seeking a Clients Services Officer to join our fast-paced and vibrant team at our brand new Perth CBD headquarters. This role will see you responsible for providing CVCheck and Cited systems assistance to clients and organisations completing pre-employment screening checks to facilitate rapid mobilisation of verified workforces to site.
This role will see you working closely with new and existing CVCheck organisations throughout all stages, from implementation, onboarding, and ongoing support to admin users, to the day-to-day management of their business accounts. You will provide SLA reports and review best practices for organisation staff and their newest assets - their staff.
Full training will be provided.
**Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Providing product knowledge and technical support
- Coordination of API implementations, onboarding, and ongoing management of CVCheck managed Client Accounts
- Provision of system training to Client Admin users
- Identification and escalation of system/procedure improvements
- Fortnightly/Monthly SLA Reporting
- Complete account set up
- API trouble shooting and support to both internal and external partners
- Working closely with Product, IT, Finance and Operations teams to provide requirements for customisation of products
