**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Client & Office Services Coordinator to join our Perth Office Services team. You will have the opportunity to provide excellent client-centric service to all stakeholders including clients, employees, and suppliers.
Using your demonstrated Concierge experience, you will be able to innovatively enhance the customer experience by exceeding customer needs, as well as manage and deliver exceptional onsite events.
You will ensure the daily operational effectiveness of the office is seamless, achieved through strong attention to detail, excellent personal organisational skills and time management.

**You will**:

- Provide a consistent and exceptional concierge experience to internal and external stakeholders, driving new and innovative ways to activate the office space.
- Manage and deliver exceptional onsite events for both clients and staff.
- Manage and coordinate all front of house facilities, meeting rooms, kitchen and break out areas.
- Partner with the Office Services Manager to ensure effective and efficient day-to-day operations of the office.
- Admin responsibilities including procurement and stock level management.
- Comply with all WH&S policies and procedures, reporting any identified hazards and incidents and contributing to the continuous improvement of Urbis Group WH&S practices.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated concierge/customer service experience and food and beverage operational standards.
- Demonstrated event planning and management experience delivering exceptional events and activities.
- Certificate(s) in Hospitality and RSA / Food Safety Training is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge, awareness and implementation of Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft office suite (particularly Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel).
