Our client is a higher education institute.

**Your new role**
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills - ability to analyse payroll data, identify discrepancies, and investigate the root causes of errors.
- Excellent Communication Skills - ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including payroll staff, HR personnel, and employees. Clarity in explaining payroll calculations and addressing any queries or concerns.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools - familiarity with Microsoft Excel or PowerBI.
- The ability to work as part of a team - capable of working collaborating and effectively within a team environment.
- Prior experience in Payroll Testing or Auditing - previous experience in testing payroll systems or conducting payroll audits would be highly advantageous.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience with Payroll Systems and Processes - hands-on experience with payroll software or systems, ideally within a higher education context. Understanding of payroll processing steps and how different entitlements are calculated.

**What you'll get in return**
Contract till April 2025
Good market daily rates
