Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Test Analyst
to ensure the comprehensive testing of a large-scale
SAP HR/Payroll application
. This role
requires in-depth expertise in SAP HR modules, including Organisational Management/Personal Administration (OM/PA), ESS, MSS, Payroll, Time and Leave, along with proficiency in HCM SuccessFactors, Recruitment, and Onboarding modules.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in validating the functionality, quality, and integration of the system to meet business requirements.

Contract Summary

  • Rate:
    $800 – $850 per day + Super
  • Contract Length:
    3 months from the start date (20 October 2025, pending checks)
  • Work Model:
    Hybrid – minimum 50% in office (5 days per fortnight onsite)
  • Location:
    Eveleigh

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand business processes and SAP HR requirements
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases for SAP HR/Payroll
  • Create test scenarios across SAP HR and SuccessFactors modules
  • Execute test cases, document results, and report defects
  • Perform end-to-end and regression testing to ensure integration and defect resolution
  • Ensure high quality delivery across SAP HR and SuccessFactors modules
  • Work with system administrators and developers to address environmental issues
  • Manage and create test data sets required for scenarios
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and data integrity
  • Partner with developers, business analysts, and subject matter experts to resolve issues
  • Provide regular test status updates and reporting to stakeholders
  • Proficient in Value Edge and JIRA for test management and defect tracking

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum
    5 years' experience
    as a Test Analyst in SAP HR/Payroll environments
  • Extensive experience across SAP HR modules:
    OM/PA, ESS, MSS, Payroll, Time, and Leave
  • Strong expertise with
    HCM SuccessFactors, Recruitment, and Onboarding
  • Proven knowledge of testing methodologies, test management, and defect tracking tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities
  • Experience in Government environments (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Ability to work effectively in hybrid teams and deliver under tight timelines
