We are seeking an experienced
Test Analyst with strong expertise in Workday and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and validating test activities to ensure the successful implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Workday HCM solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test scripts, and test cases for Workday and HCM modules.
  • Perform
    functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
    across multiple Workday HCM functionalities.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and HR stakeholders to understand requirements and validate system functionality.
  • Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
  • Support Workday upgrades, enhancements, and configuration changes with thorough testing.
  • Validate HR processes such as
    Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Talent Management
    .
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance through detailed test validation.
  • Provide testing documentation, including
    traceability matrices, test execution reports, and defect summaries
    .
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and tools.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a
    Test Analyst or QA Specialist
    with hands-on exposure to
    Workday HCM
    .
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and HRIS workflows.
  • Proficiency in
    test management tools
    (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, qTest, Zephyr).
  • Experience with
    automation testing
    tools for Workday (advantageous).
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
