**About the role at Downer Group**

The Business Services Centre (BSC) contributes to Downer’s success by delivering scalable finance-related services. Services provided by the BSC to Downer Group include payroll, purchase to pay, accounts receivable, and travel and expense management. The BSC payroll function has over 105 staff operating out of North Ryde NSW and Melbourne Victoria. The BSC pays over 50,000 employees using SAP and Oracle Express HR. There are over 200 EBAs. We are looking for a Payroll Test Analyst to join the team on a full time permanent basis.

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Development of Finance Strategy - Recommend improvements to optimize and improve financial performance and development of strategic long-term plans
- Operational and Financial Reporting - Analyze financial data to prepare timely reports to support business decisions
- Financial Modeling - Analyze data to create financial models that support planning and projections

**Strengths**
