Canterbury, Australia Chandeliers To Die For Full time

Sales & Event Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: Sydney, NSW

Company: Chandeliers To Die For

At Chandeliers To Die For, we create unforgettable experiences with exquisite lighting and crystal installations across Australia’s most prestigious venues. From luxury weddings to high-end corporate events, we transform spaces into something truly spectacular.

We’re seeking a Sales & Event Coordinator to join our growing team — someone with strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a natural ability to build client relationships that shine.

About the Role

This is a part-time position (2-3 days per week, with occasional weekends), ideal for someone with solid event management experience who enjoys both client-facing and behind-the-scenes coordination.

You’ll work closely with our Directors and Operations Team to:

- Respond to new event enquiries and follow up with clients
- Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and booking confirmations
- Liaise with venues, planners, and stylists to ensure smooth coordination
- Manage client information and event details through our internal systems
- Support the team with scheduling, invoicing, and project tracking

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience in event management, coordination, or hospitality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and professional phone manner — you love connecting with people
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn internal systems and software
- Proficiency (or willingness to learn) in Excel, Xero, Current RMS, and Notion
- A proactive, can-do attitude — and a passion for creating beautiful events

Why Join Us

You’ll be part of a large, passionate team that takes pride in delivering world-class event lighting experiences. Every week is different — one day you’ll be quoting a million dollar luxury wedding, the next liaising with stylists for a corporate gala.

We offer:

- Flexible part-time hours (2-3 days per week)
- Training on our systems and product range
- A supportive and creative team culture
- Opportunities to grow with one of Sydney’s leading event lighting companies

If you’re a confident communicator who thrives in client-facing roles and has a genuine love for events, we’d love to hear from you.
