About the Role

As APPA's Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in shaping how the brand connects with members, partners, and the wider industry. You'll write, design, and deliver engaging content that tells the APPA story; from digital campaigns and newsletters to social media and event promotions.

You'll join a collaborative, supportive team that values creativity, initiative, and a good sense of humour. No two days will look the same, and there's plenty of room to make this role your own.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Write and schedule member emails, newsletters, and digital campaigns
  • Design marketing assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Manage social media channels and update website content
  • Support marketing for industry events, awards, and conferences
  • Coordinate content and collateral across multiple campaigns

About You

You're creative, organised, and love seeing your ideas make an impact. You have an eye for detail, a natural flair for storytelling, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You'll bring:

  • Around 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar creative role
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Confidence managing multiple projects at once
  • Qualifications in marketing, media, or communications is a bonus
