**About the role**

This is a Sales Agent role, your responsibilities will include:

- Generating leads and maintaining our database
- Calling buyers in our database to try and sell off the plan properties
- Meeting with clients to ascertain needs and take briefs
- Coordinating inspections and property viewings
- Negotiation of property purchases to close
- Cold calling and door knocking as required
- Administration tasks as required
- Attending open homes on Saturdays
- Signing up offers and negotiating

**About you**

You will possess the following;
- Must hold a Current License 1 or 2 of Registration
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Current drivers licence and car
- Self-motivated and goal orientated
- Experience negotiating and proven ability to build a rapport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $41,129.00 - $104,671.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Real Estate License (preferred)
