Local Area Marketing Specialist

**The role responsibilities**
- Act as first point of contact for Franchise Partners and company stores who require marketing assistance
- Coordinate the development of LAM briefs for sign off in a timely manner using channels such as social, press ads, flyers, local catalogues, radio live reads, outdoor, interest free events
- Ensure that LAM activities complement and add value to the national marketing plan.
- Coordinate with the media agency, our studio, and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient production and best approach is determined for all LAM initiatives.
- Ensure all LAM elements are accurate, meet the policy guidelines, are legally compliant and have been approved by the relevant parties and complete records are kept.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives for all new store openings with approval from key stakeholders.
- Support stores with relocation and store closure communications where required.
- Provide input into and, as required, attend and present at national forums and conferences.
- Ensure all policies related to LAM are documented, kept up to date and any changes communicated to the network.
- Regularly visit Snooze stores to improve understanding of the business, day to day impacts and use these insights to improve LAM activities.
- Be the marketing team member responsible for external store signage, ensuring that the brand guidelines are upheld, and correct messaging is applied, as approved by the GM of Marketing and the GM of Operations.

You will have at least two years experience in a similar role, demonstrate maturity and have a flair for supporting others

A Bachelor or Diploma in Marketing or related field is desirable
