**Role Overview**:
As a Product Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the digital team has up-to-date, accurate, and complete product information for each new season's arrivals across various brands. You'll work with sporting brands to collate and provide key product details, manage seasonal updates, and assist in inventory adjustments for clearance or pricing changes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Product Data Management:

- Monitor and track new product releases for each brand and season.
- Liaise with sporting brand representatives and utilise other available resources to collect, organise, and provide essential product information to the digital team
- Inventory and Pricing Adjustments:

- Identify and inform the digital team when products need to be discounted, moved to clearance, or removed from the website.
- Assist in identifying clearance stock and communicate necessary price changes or updates to the digital team.
- Customer service and admin:

- You may also be required for customer inbox management and other administration tasks to support the brand and parent company.
- New Store Onboarding:

- Assist in identifying new stores for website integration and ensure products are available in those stores for online sales.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Attention to Detail: Must be highly organised and able to manage large amounts of product data.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and content management systems (CMS).
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communicator when working with brands, internal teams and external stores.
- Sporting/Industry Knowledge (Ideal): A passion for sports/sporting goods and an understanding of retail operations is a plus.
- Flexible and Self-Motivated: Ability to manage your time effectively and work independently in a part-time role.
