- IS Service Desk Lead
- IS Service Desk Lead - $877.07 + super day rate - 6-month contract - CBD location**Your new company**

This government organisation is seeking an enthusiastic IS Service Desk Lead with excellent leadership and customer service skills. Located in Sydney CBD, they are offering an initial 6-month contract paying $877.07 + super per day. There will be potential for the contract to be extended once the 6 months has been completed.
- **Your new role**
- You will have fantastic customer service skills and have previous leadership experience. You will be able to communicate with your team members and provide training and guidance where needed. You will have strong time management skills and work well under pressure. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and can drive performance improvement, then this could be a great role for you
- **What you'll need to succeed**
- Have at least 3 years' experience as a Service Desk Lead/IT Team Lead
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong experience managing tickets
- Have strong customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills (will be dealing with internal and external stakeholders)
- Strong training and guidance skills
- Strong experience dealing with escalations
- Experience with Microsoft servers and operating systems
- Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing network hardware
- Strong time management skills
