**The Role**:
As a Human Resources Business Partner you will play a pivotal role in driving HR strategies and initiatives across various government departments. You will collaborate closely with senior management, providing expert advice and guidance on HR matters to ensure the achievement of organisational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
- Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and initiatives that promote employee engagement and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training and development needs and design effective learning programs.
- Manage complex HR projects and initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Extensive experience in a similar HR Business Partner role, preferably within the public sector.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and industry trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to influence and drive change in a complex environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgements.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
