About Your Next Role
As our QA & Inventory Coordinator, you will be a part of our brand new Distribution Centre team based in Melbourne's West. Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager you will be an integral part of our innovative and progressive DC leadership team. **The QA & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for**:

- Maintaining inventory quality and accuracy through a continuous cycle counting program.
- Documenting and Reporting product and service of vendors for compliance reporting.
- Monitoring and maintaining current inventory level by evaluating and managing stock rotation procedures.
- Managing the QA of products at inbound or elsewhere, if identified by the wider business.
- Developing and implementing standards of product inspection.
- Resolving inventory queries/issues internally and externally with the relevant Team Members. Implementing QA processes for inbound and on-hand products.
- Working with the DC operations team to arrange movement and storage of inventory.
- Communicating with DC operations team regarding improvement processes for better inventory accuracy practices.
- Managing a small team to create quality driven QA processes and inventory control

About You;
- You will be someone who thrives on driving an efficient and supportive culture into your workplace.
- You are a natural communicator with strong influencing skills who is super organised and enjoys the fast pace of a busy environment.
- 3+ years' experience in a QA inventory role in a Warehouse environment. would be a distinct advantage
- You are an inclusive and empowering leader with previous team management experience
- You will have proven experience in managing cycle counts and discrepancy resolutions.
- Can show us how you have lead and driven change management or continuous vendor compliance improvement within a Logistics or Distribution environment.
