**About the role**
Responsible for leading QA activities and to undertake testing activities required to deliver high quality technology solutions to meet the business needs. Drives a culture in which teams' own quality and ensure teams are thinking about best ways to measure the quality of solutions with the ability to track across time thus working towards defect prevention on top of defect detection.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Lead QA initiatives, driving quality assurance to deliver high-performing technology solutions.
- Define and execute test plans, cases, regression tests, and automation scripts.
- Develop, track, and improve quality metrics to ensure high standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to coordinate testing and achieve quality outcomes.
- Conduct root cause analysis, manage defect triage, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Contribute to process enhancements and production support activities for delivered solutions.

**Essential Skills & Competencies**
- Leadership: Mentoring, motivating, and driving process improvements.
- Technical Expertise: Experience in QA methodologies, automated testing, and test strategies.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Communication: Clear and concise in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-Oriented: Deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Relevant IT qualifications and strong experience in software testing, automation, and QA frameworks building using Playwright
- Experience building pipelines in Azure DevOps (Jenkins, GitLab or similar.)
- Expertise in creating and executing test strategies and improving QA processes.
- Proven skills in diagnostics, root cause analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Strong focus on quality assurance, continuous improvement, and meeting objectives.
