In a small and fast-growing organisation, you will play a key role in driving the

engagement with our clients, stakeholders, and associations thereby supporting the

organisation to achieve its goals and enhance its long-term financial sustainability.

Working closely with the Sales and Marketing manager, you will manage the

development and implementation of our marketing, advertising, brand position and

communication strategies across all our projects and programs. You are responsible

for managing our outbound and inbound marketing and advertising activities, aimed

at increasing our client base.

The Marketing, Advertising and Engagement Specialist will undertake the following

tasks:
1. Develop and manage our outbound and inbound marketing and advertising

activities.

2. Create marketing and advertising materials, ensuring campaigns are

consistent across all our channels and platforms, including social media,

website and e-newsletters.

3. Liaise with staff who assist with the creation of marketing and advertising

materials and the implementation of marketing activities.

4. Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for our existing and new

business managing our CRM.

5. Manage government and corporate partnerships to ensure our revenue
- generating goals are achieved

6. Report and leverage marketing and CRM data, optimising our marketing and

communication functions and coordinate the requirements amongst the

team.

7. Manage systems and administration to support our sales within internal and

third-party systems

Essential selection criteria:
1. Relevant Tertiary level qualifications

2. At least 3 years of demonstrated relevant work experience in the marketing

/advertising/sales field.

3. Proficiency in using marketing platforms CRM tools and graphic design

platforms.

4. Demonstrated strategic marketing mindset and analytical skills.

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience creating

marketing and advertising.

6. Self-motivated worker who shows initiative and can solve problems

independently and creatively. Enthusiasm for working within a hands-on,

collaborative team atmosphere.

Position details:

- This is a fulltime position40 hours per week based in the northern beaches of

Sydney.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
