**What you will be doing**:

- **Market Research & Strategy**: Analyse customer segments and trends to inform targeted marketing strategies.
- **Channel & Campaign Management**: Develop distribution channels and execute international campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
- **Product Launch Support**: Coordinate timelines and deliverables for product launches, including content creation and digital updates.
- **Event Planning**: Organise domestic and international design and industry events to build brand awareness and generate sales.
- **Content Development**: Create compelling marketing materials-case studies, videos, brochures, and digital content aligned with SEO/SEM strategy.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build strong relationships with architects, designers, media, and industry partners to foster collaboration and loyalty.
- **Sales Enablement**: Support sales teams with tools and resources to effectively promote products.
- **Performance & Budget Oversight**: Monitor campaign performance using CRM tools and manage budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- **Industry Awareness**: Stay informed on market developments and competitor activity to maintain a strategic edge.

**About you**:

- Passion for architecture, design, or the built environment.
- Detail-driven with precision and creativity across campaigns and written content.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools platforms.
- Proactive mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
