Marketing and Social Media Manager

Healthyroo is a fast-growing Australian Health & Wellness brand dedicated to creating scientifically backed nutrition that supports gut health, energy, and overall wellbeing. As we continue to expand globally, we’re looking for a creative and driven **Social Media & Marketing Manager** to lead our content and community growth. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, is confident both behind and in front of the camera, and can take ownership of Healthyroo’s content strategy while working collaboratively with our internal marketing team and creative partners.

This position offers **flexible hours** and can be structured as **casual or part-time employment**, with workload determined by **efficiency, output, and deliverables** rather than fixed schedules. You’ll have the freedom to shape Healthyroo’s online voice and presence while being supported by a passionate and innovative team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**: Plan, film, and edit high-quality social content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, stories) aligned with brand campaigns and product launches.
- **On-Camera Representation**: Be the authentic face of Healthyroo in social videos and ad content.
- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and execute an engaging content calendar across multiple platforms.
- **Trend Spotting**: Stay on top of social media trends and creatively adapt them to suit Healthyroo’s style and audience.
- **Community Engagement**: Actively interact with our online community through comments, messages, and collaborations.
- **Campaign Collaboration**: Work with the marketing team on influencer partnerships, paid ads, and content planning.
- **Analytics & Insights**: Track engagement and performance metrics, providing insights to optimise reach and growth.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Confident, personable, and comfortable being on camera.
- Experience managing or creating content for social media accounts (brand or personal).
- Solid understanding of social algorithms, trends, and engagement strategy.
- Proficiency in short-form **video editing tools** (e.g. CapCut, Reels editor, or similar).
- Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to deliver high-quality work efficiently.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with paid ads (Meta / TikTok Ads Manager).
- Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Experience in influencer management or brand collaborations.
