**The opportunity**
Our client is a community focused federal government agency. They have an exciting opportunity available for an APS5 level Administration Officer to join the Co-Design and Engagement Branch.
12-month initial Labour Hire contract with the opportunity to extend. APS5 level role paying an hourly rate of $53.63 + Superannuation, to be based out of Richmond, including 2 days working from home each week, with the remaining 3 on site.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting with the operations of sector engagement activities which include the NDIA DRCO Forum Co-Design Advisory Group meeting and/or other engagement activities.
- Managing the Stakeholder engagement inbox
- Providing secretariat support for the CEO Forum and Co-design Advisory Group, including taking minutes and coordinating the communication of materials such as talking points, agendas and action logs.
- Organising appropriate adjustments and accessibility for people with disability in a wide range of settings.
- Coordinating event logistics including bookings, AV logistics, travel reimbursements and other activities
- Building cohesive relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders to support the operations of national engagement activities.
- Provide support in the coordination and drafting of high-quality executive and ministerial briefs and correspondence in a timely manner.
- Maintaining thorough and auditable records and documentation.
- Managing competing priorities while maintaining high work standards and accuracy.
- Additional duties as directed by the Assistant Director and/or Director Sector Engagement.
