I am looking to recruit multiple APS5 Internal Review Officer's for their evolving team.

**Your new role**

As the APS5 Internal Review Officer, you will work full-time hours, from Monday to Friday in a 12-month temporary assignment. You will be based out of our Client's National Head Office, in the Geelong CBD. The APS5 Internal Review Officer you will be required to undertake moderately complex to complex work and may be required to perform work that involves team leadership responsibilities requiring the allocation of work to team members within the team. Further responsibilities incluide:

- Working with participants to gather information regarding the nature and context of review requests, informing participants and their representatives about decisions, reviews and the appeals process.
- Undertaking evidence-based decision-making as prescribed in the Act, Operational Guidelines and policies.
- Monitoring and managing caseloads, ensuring internal reviews are completed within set timeframes.
- Contributing to quality improvement activities to enhance service delivery practice, processes and systems.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed as the APS5 Internal Review Officer, you will need:

- Demonstrated experience working within delegation, legislation and policy
- Experience and ability to make informed, sound decisions
- Process driven and organised with the ability to manage a high caseload
- IT proficiency including MS Office and CRM, with the ability to navigate multiple systems
- Experience within Government desired
- Australian Citizenship is required
- Pre engagement checks and a Work Sample Assessment are required
