As a License Management Administrator, you will be required to:

- Work from PAVE/Workflow task management system
- Handle general customer inquiries or reassign to the most appropriate team
- Assist customers with Billing/Pricing queries via an incident management system
- Undertake administrative duties as required of customer administration incidents
