The Position
We have fantastic opportunities for a Licensed Conveyancer to join on a full-time basis located in our stunning Sydney CBD office.
The position has an opportunity to rapidly advance your career working with talented and experienced mentors of the firm. To be successful in either role you will require the following attributes:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong initiative to be pro-active, reliable and accurate (attention to detail);
- Advanced administrative and organisational skills - effectively prioritise tasks to meet deadlines;
- Ability to work autonomously, be a quick learner and multi-task;
- Presentable at all times - in person or over the telephone; and
- Demonstrate mature business acumen, discretion and respecting confidential matters of a sensitive nature.
Skills and Qualifications:
In addition, your skills and qualifications to complete the role require:
- Certificate or Diploma as a Licensed Conveyancer;
- Licensed conveyancer experience of minimum 5 years (a legal office experience desirable);
IT Systems:
understanding of Practice Evolve advantageous (being is our practice management system for accounting and document management);
- knowledge of intermediate to advanced level of computer skills with proficient use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
