Berwick Mitsubishi is seeking a dynamic, experienced professional to take on the role of **Assistant New Vehicle Manager**. This opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion, and we’re excited to welcome a motivated individual who is ready to make an impact.
In this key role, you’ll work closely with the New Vehicle Sales Manager to oversee daily operations, providing leadership and support to the sales team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the New Vehicle Sales Manager to manage day-to-day operations and ensure the sales team meets targets.
- Lead by example, demonstrating how to turn sales opportunities into successful deals.
- Motivate, mentor, and support a team of Sales Consultants to develop their skills and achieve both individual and team goals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every client has a memorable and positive experience while finding their ideal vehicle.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in automotive sales with a proven track record of closing deals.
- A natural closer with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused.
- Positive, professional attitude with the ability to lead by example.
- Strong computer skills and excellent attention to detail.
- A valid manual driver’s licence is required.
