We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team in proudly representing the Kia brand.

**The Role**:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships
- Understand customer needs to recommend the ideal vehicle
- Demonstrate and highlight the new vehicles features and benefits
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI’s
- Maintain up to date knowledge of Kia products and promotions
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Process vehicle sales paperwork and ensure all compliance requirements are met
- Stay updated on industry trends and new car market developments

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred but not essential
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering high levels of service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a drive to succeed and achieve targets
- Current Australian driver’s license
