As a Used Vehicle Sales Cadet, you'll learn from an experienced management team while supporting customers through their buying journey. With our large range of vehicles and ongoing training, you'll have everything you need to succeed.
What you'll do
- Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and match them to the right vehicle
- Arrange test drives and assist customers through the sales process, including finance and aftermarket options
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads
- Focus on delivering outstanding customer service while achieving sales results
What you'll bring
