**About the Role**:
As a Used Vehicle Phone Sales Consultant, you'll be the voice of **Berwick Mitsubishi** as you connect with customers over the phone. Your goal? To provide an unforgettable experience, guide them through our exciting used vehicle lineup, and assist them with purchasing their dream car

If you are a Sales Superstar with the ability to convey enthusiasm, build rapport, and close deals from a distance, we want to hear from YOU

**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage inbound and outbound calls with potential customers, engaging them in lively conversations about our vehicles' features and benefits.
- Use your captivating personality to create a connection, identify their needs, and tailor your pitch to match their preferences.
- Provide a virtual tour of our car models, highlighting their unique selling points and answering any questions they might have.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, including arranging test drives and coordinating with our in-person sales team.
- Maintain meticulous records of your interactions and customer feedback to continuously refine your approach.
