With a high volume of hot leads to work on from Day 1, networks to you 24/7, and well-established resources, you will be our future sales gun This role is an excellent opportunity for passionate individuals looking to take the big leap in real estate.

From early on, you’ll have a plan of things to get done. You will be our face in creating a strong business relationship with our clients, prospect clients to our diverse and some of Australia’s biggest builders, educate clients on property insights, ensure a seamless buying experience from initial inquiry to build, and of course cold calls to hot leads.

**_Key responsibilities_**
- Selling off-the-plan houses or investment properties
- Work as a team with your lead on individual clients
- Facilitate the entire sale process from initial inquiry to closing a sale
- Seek independent referrals and networks to grow your own suite of clients
- Represent Us with all integrity while meeting prospects, site visits, sales calls
- Initiate, develop and participate in building sales strategies to grow and win prospects
- Administer contracts and settlements to manage the client’s expectations all the way to handover and beyond
- Present tailored investment options through a no-pressure education-based presentation touching on investment strategies, minimise tax and reducing debt
- Adhere and maintain a high-level understanding of Commonwealth and State Property Legislations, procedures, and Code of Practices

**_What will you bring to the role?_**
- Proven record of closing sales, with experience around real-estate and property investment will be highly regarded
- Have industry-standard certificates or are willing to complete Agent Representative Certification asap
- Ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced, high-volume client leads
- Ability to work independently or as a team player to close sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Business acumen
