Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual looking to make a significant impact in the real estate industry on behalf of our client? We are seeking a Sales Administrator to support our client's busy real estate endeavors. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's sales department and contribute to their overall success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and appointment scheduling.
- Assist in the preparation of sales contracts, agreements, and other essential documents.
- Maintain and update property listings on various platforms.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, agents, and vendors to facilitate property transactions on behalf of our client.
- Handle inquiries and respond to client requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in organizing and participating in real estate events and open houses on behalf of our client.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of sales transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Must hold a valid Certificate of Registration in real estate.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Previous experience in real estate or a similar administrative role is a plus.
