Temporary opportunity supporting a HR & Recruitment function with incredibly flexible hours

Your new organisation is leading building company located in the south-east.

**Your new role**

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful, you will have previous experience supporting a recruitment function and have strong administrative and communication skills. You will have also worked in a blue-collar environment, though not necessarily in the building space. Experience using SuccessFactors will be advantageous but can be learnt.

**What you'll get in return**
In return, you’ll have the opportunity to take on a new challenge in a temporary capacity, ideal for someone not looking for a long-term commitment. While this role is approximately for four weeks, it may extend based on the needs of the company. You’ll also have the opportunity to choose your hours; while the role does need to be performed on-site, it can be performed within 2-5 days per week and with flexible hours, depending on what suits you.
