Trade Coordinator

**Your new role**:
Join our dynamic Maintenance Services team as a Trade Coordinator where you'll take the lead in coordinating essential maintenance activities across hospital facilities to keep environments safe, compliant, and fully operational. You will:
Coordinate and deliver planned and reactive maintenance of HVAC(Heating, Ventilation and Cooling) systems across multiple sites.
Supervise contractors and internal trades teams to ensure safe, timely, and compliant service delivery.
Manage audits, duct cleaning schedules, procurement, and asset condition reporting.
Use systems such as S/4HANA to plan, track, and report on maintenance activities.
Support a safe and functional healthcare environment with mínimal disruption to patients and staff.
**About you**:
We are looking for an experienced HVAC professional who combines trade expertise with strong leadership, communication, and planning skills. You will bring:
Trade qualifications in HVAC with relevant licences (Restricted Electrical, Arctick).
Experience in managing maintenance operations, contractors, and technical documentation.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Skilled in planning, communication, and problem-solving in complex environments.
A commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement, and upholding health service values.
