**The opportunity to join our team**- You'll assist to dive into disaster recovery compliance, oversee product onboarding and offboarding, and tackle incident and vulnerability remediation. Building strong relationships with stakeholders is key to understanding and aligning with business objectives. Support significant changes through active Change Management and keep an eye on service performance to ensure we meet SLAs and KPIs.-
**What you will bring**
- You come with extensive experience in Financial Services or Technology, fully versed in the ITIL Framework, System Development Life Cycle, and key areas like Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Your educational background in Technology or a related field backs up your expertise. You have strong leadership and communication skills, paired with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing. Your deep understanding of risk and control management, along with technical knowledge in programming, system design, IT infrastructure, and database concepts, sets you apart. You've got a knack for crafting and executing tech strategies that hit the mark. Plus, your reporting, analytics, negotiation, and influencing skills are exceptional.**Find the better way**
