Job Expectations

An exciting new role has presented itself at nbn for a Service Delivery Manager reporting to the Executive Manager Customer and Products - RSP Systems Operations.

A bit about your role

The Service Delivery Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing and driving excellence in the delivery of IT services and solutions to nbn partners. You will coordinate and manage complex support efforts and address nbn partner issues to maintain exceptional customer service.

This will be an opportunity for you to champion a customer centric culture by leading change management initiatives, driving continuous improvement and enhancing service delivery. You are to ensure a seamless integration of new technologies and processes as well as alignment with nbn’s strategic objectives.

This role will involve working after-hours, public holidays, and provide weekend support as needed. There will be occasional interstate travel so that you can effectively assist and support nbn partners.

A bit about you

You have hands-on experience with IT service management tools and technologies. Knowledge of ITIL best practices and ServiceNow would be valuable.

You have strong communication skills, influencing ability and attention to detail. This will be essential in the role as you will be required to construct exceptional business cases and presentation packs with data sensitive information to senior stakeholders.

You are a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, are customer centric and have good problem-solving capability.
