Projects range from cultural, to IT and impact. As the Change Partner you will sit in the Transformation Office and be part of a dedicated Change and Transformation team.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Developing and delivering change impact assessments
- Stakeholder mapping and analysis to identify and communicate with those impacted by system and process changes.
- Monitoring all change efforts and supporting business readiness activities.
- Coordinating training, including the design, development, and delivery of end-user training.
- Arranging, preparing, and supporting meetings/workshops, recording actions and assisting project managers with coordination and follow up.
