Confluence Water is committed to delivering sustainable and innovative water solutions. As we continue to grow, **we are looking for a Quality Manager to join our dynamic team**. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the delivery of critical water infrastructure for the people of Sydney.

As a **Quality Manager**at Confluence Water, you will play a critical role in supporting our delivery teams to meet standards of quality and comply with regulatory requirements. In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for continuously improving the effectiveness and efficiency of quality across capital works projects and the maintenance of Sydney Water assets. You will use your stellar problem resolution skills to identify quality issues and systematically implement corrective or preventive actions to avoid recurrence.

**Location**:Based mostly at Chatswood but with site presence across our footprint 1-2 days per week. This role is operational and so will suit someone who thrives on being on site and in the office surrounded by operational teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Working with our Delivery people, and through your high-performance team of Quality Advisors, your focus will be on:

- Quality Assurance (QA) Management
- Quality Control (QC) oversight
- Audits & inspections
- Continuous improvement
- Governance and reporting.

We work hard to ensure that Sydney Water keeps running for people who live in the North Region of Sydney - rain, hail or shine. We are often the first to reach an emergency during severe weather events and we are responsible for the delivery of an unprecedented pipeline of capital works over the next five years.

Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.
