About the Opportunity
As the Reporting Manager within the Program and Change Management Office (PCMO) at eHealth NSW, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and quality of program reporting for Delivery teams, Senior Management, and key external stakeholders.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a critical reporting function and make a measurable difference in digital health.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the analysis of project data and deliver high-quality financial, performance, and dashboard reports.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide updates, insights, and recommendations on program and portfolio performance.
- Develop, maintain, and improve reporting tools, BI dashboards, and templates to enhance visibility and data quality across eHealth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PCMO, ensuring reporting accuracy, efficiency, and best practice.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a high-performing, customer-focused and accountable culture.
About You:
- Qualifications in project management or equivalent experience in ICT project/program environments.
- Strong experience in program and portfolio reporting, financial and performance dashboards, and providing expert advice to senior executives.
- Experience in project and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, EPM, Primavera) and BI/analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and time management skills, with a proven ability to deliver improvements in complex organisations.
