**About the role**
Reporting to the Group Technical & Menu Innovation Manager, this role will facilitate compliance of our brand’s menus to meet nutrition information and regulatory requirements. This includes identifying and standardising existing processes to develop recipe and nutritional data for labelling and consumer information purposes.

The role will also be responsible for providing the ingredient and allergen information for all menu items using information contained in specifications for all ingredients.

The successful applicant will have a hands-on role, working with key operations team members and restaurants to understand the menu, standardise recipes, prepare and submit samples for nutritional testing to NATA accredited laboratories.

The analytical results and specification data will be used for calculation of information on menu boards and websites.

This role will require some travel to restaurants across Sydney and work within the test kitchen in our Chatswood Support Office.

This role is a good entry or junior level position for those looking for a career in food science, quality assurance or related discipline.

**About You**
Essential
- Level of comfort in getting hands on in a commercial kitchen environment.
- Tertiary degree in food science or related field.
- Strong attention to detail with a highly process driven approach.
- Comfortable with working autonomously with limited supervision.
